Tatiana Sampson founded Marvelous Signs by Tatiana to bring corporate-caliber design and wedding-level detail to balloon and event décor across Houston and surrounding areas. From intimate backyard celebrations to large-scale events, she transforms ballrooms, storefronts, and backyards into fully styled, camera-ready moments.
A University of Houston-Downtown graduate with a passion for creativity and design, Tatiana brings each client's vision to life through balloon installations, custom backdrops, marquee letters and numbers, photo booths, custom apparel, signage, personalized props, and complete event styling. Every design is created with thoughtful attention to detail and one goal: creating a Marvelous moment worth remembering.

💳 How You Can Pay
We accept Zelle (no processing fee), and debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Cash App through our secure checkout. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing surcharge to help cover secure processing and fraud protection; debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal and Cash App avoid that fee. We never accept payment or store card details by text, DM or phone call.

Most décor is custom-built to order, so booking early gets you the best options and pricing.

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
All services are non-refundable once provided. Cancellations 14+ days before the event forfeit the deposit but may be applied as credit toward a future date within 12 months. Cancellations inside 14 days are not eligible for refund or credit. Weather-related outdoor moves are handled case-by-case.
🎈 Balloon & Product Safety
Latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8 — adult supervision is required at all times. We do not perform balloon releases, in line with local environmental ordinances. Let us know about latex allergies in advance so we can use foil/mylar alternatives.
🔒 Your Information
We collect your name, email and phone number only to confirm bookings and send quotes — we don't sell or share your information with third parties.
🚚 Delivery & Mileage
Delivery, setup and pickup is included in your quoted price for services within Houston. For venues outside our core zone, we charge $1 per mile, covering the full round trip from our Houston base. You'll see a delivery estimate while booking, and the exact fee is confirmed on your final quote.

How Far In Advance Should We Book?
We recommend 4–8 weeks out for most private events and 8–12 weeks for weddings and large corporate events. Rush requests for events starting within 7 days are sometimes possible, starting at a $75 rush fee, based on availability.
What Cities Do You Serve?
We're based in Houston and regularly serve Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Cypress, Missouri City, Spring, League City, Pasadena and the surrounding Greater Houston area. Travel fees may apply outside our core zone.
Do Corporate Clients Get Membership Pricing?
Membership discounts are reserved for individual/private-event bookings. Corporate accounts book under our Corporate Partner pricing and can request volume or recurring-event rates directly.
How Long Do Outdoor Balloon Installations Last?
In good weather, most installations hold up beautifully for 6–10+ hours outdoors. Houston heat and humidity can shorten that window, so we'll advise on timing and, when needed, recommend indoor placement or a later install time.
Can You Match Our Brand Colors For A Corporate Event?
Yes — send us your brand guide or logo and we'll color-match balloons, signage and marquee pieces to your palette.
What's Included In The Photo Booth Price?
